Wanna Play? Dance

Some days I need a theme to get me started on a journal page.  I was hoping that if I made up a theme every Thursday, I could get some of you to play along. What do you think?

If you’d like to play along, just make up a journal page or ATC, add it to your blog and then post a link back to your blog. For the first few weeks the materials you use is up to you. Later, we may expand the themes and include colors or tools such as rubber stamps, etc.

The first theme is Dance and this is my entry. I’d really like to see what you come up with.  Just have fun with it.

By the way, you can add your link at any time. I’d like to see it no matter when you add it.

  3. Hi Linda - I've not used theme prompts for my journal pages - but I have for other stuff. I'll check back in on Thursdays and see how the inspiration hits me :)

  4. I wandered over to your blog. Found you on the 2009 One World One Heart Giveaway site. After watching the movie Julie and Julia recently, I've decided to try and go through the ENTIRE OWOH list, from beginning to end, in 90 days and connect/reconnect with all the artists and blogs that truly inspire me! Your blog is amazing and really resonated with me!

A bit about me. I'm a mystery writer, jewelry artist, and college professor. Yes, and a Gemini, if you couldn't tell! Here is my blog, where I blend my mystery writing and jewelry craft:

My first mystery Keeping House: A Madame President mystery just came out on Amazon.
Take care and as Julia Child might say, "Bon Blogging!"

  5. Hi, Linda! Thanks so much for the invitation, but I have overcommitted myself to too many projects at the moment. My journaling has been confined to animals in my Sketchbook Journal project journal. Hope you understand! Good luck and have fun with your challenges! :-)
